MobileInformate, not much people know about it. Nor their is any website where you can register but I registered long back when there was a website which I do not remember now..
Anyways, I got 2 surveys from them and I got one Rs.50 recharge already. So surely they are sending more surveys now. I waited to to test its creditability and finally sharing with you. Well the problem is they are not reply my mails fast, but I figured how one can be a member. But remember you need GPRS to complete these surveys. All you have to do is send a sms SUR<space>M/F (male/female)<Space>Age to 09220092200. Just register and hope that you will get more and more surveys and more and more Recharges!
